Jackson White, MD: Deep Relaxation
Posted on March 1, 2006 by hcrink
I've had like a million of these mind control/relaxation/meditation records, but for some reason I like this one better than most. Maybe it's the guitar accompaniment. It's also kind of unintentionally funny because he must say "deeply relaxed" about 300 times over the course of the 2 sides.

I produced this record for Jackson White. I does work, meaning that it effectively induces the Relaxation Response. We viewed listeners with an infrared video camera and found we could track the power of suggestion!
