Spoken word LP for those looking to shed a few pounds through the use of “progressive relaxation.” It is pretty self-explanitory and I probably shouldn’t waste any time discussing it. Basically the dialogue is this: “You will relax.” “You will relax more.” “You will relax more and more.” (etc)

I am willing to bet that this technique worked on zero people in the mid-70s.

There is a ten-second bit where he is telling the listener to “relax” with a little help of an echoplex. It’s almost like it was made specifically so that a Timmy Digalot-type could use it on a “breaks mix.”

Oh, and this guy doesn’t really make me too relaxed, to be honest. He does have a pretty fancy signature though.
