Elias Rahbani considred the godfather of lebanese western music scene from the mid 60s ,composing music for almost every lebanese singer/band that sung in english-french and more , beside the fact that he is the younger brother of the rahbani brothers that established the modern music in lebanon he contrbuited to oriental music with unique genuis equel his unique mark in the western influnced music in the lebanese scene ,

Mosiac of the orient came out at the highest success of elias ,when he begin make unique instrumental soundtracks & compose special music released on albums carry his signature

Making this album with his orchestra plus adding oriental instruments like nai that present anguish voice with the buzuk that can be heard on almost every bedouin song , along with the 70s hammond …this mix with the arrangments of elias produced a unique fresh sound would please everyone at anytime..

sadly i could not recognize the maker of the artwork of the cover, though it represent the heart & soul of the music…

an essential album for every lover of music in general and a must for every elias rahbani fan..
